Some say bloomex is misleading. What do you think?

DO NOT USE BLOOMEX they are very misleading
When i spoke to a customer service operator i asked where
They were based & she told me Auburn in Sydney
In actual fact they are based in Canada. My money was taken
Over the phone and i was told i would get an email in
The next 2 minutes with my receipt number, that didnt happen, i asked if the flowers
Would be delivered first thing in the morning as this was
My mothers birthday the reply was YES. The flowers ended
Up being delivered after 3.00pm in the afternoon. !DO NOT USE THESE
BODGIE PEOPLE!
